I highly recommend the ultrasonic Oral or Philip toothbrushes. It is important to have toothbrushes to replace used ones as the cost could be around $30 depending on how you use them. With alternative normal tooth brush or without they could keep from 3-6 months while the appliance itself can be good for at least 5 years. It seems that mine was very good ( an Ultra Plaque removal Braun brand that is still functioning after 7 years of use! They have a warranty for the lithium battery and it's said they are functioning only for 3 years, but mine it's still functioning after 7years!!. That means that you need 2-4 brushes per year. The device is around $100 and the brushes almost the same $100 for a year so buy from the beginning 12 - 16 toothbrushes and if you are using it with a child - (or wife) that needs separate toothbrushes double the amount of toothbrushes and buy them when they are on sale!! I had had to pay for a root canal treatment only at one tooth at $800
and in two years I lost that one. I also recommend Sensodyne tooth paste
is the best brand. Even dentists and specialists recommend it to me. I
also like the devises that massage the gums while brushing the teeth. |
